The Lenten Lunches

During Lent, following Benediction in the Church, the Lenten Lunches were held each Wednesday in the Centre. They were incredibly well supported with more than thirty people coming each week. They were offered homemade soup, bread and cheese and cakes and were asked for a donation to Cafod.  The donations each week  averaged over £100.   It's true to say that they were extremely popular and well worth doing.
